Questions and answers
How do I save a PDF as a JPG?
Drop the PDF on the box above, tick the pages you want, choose a resolution and select "Convert to JPG". One page downloads as a JPG; several pages download as a ZIP of JPGs.
Which resolution should I choose?
72 DPI is enough for viewing on screen, 150 DPI for most uses, and 300 DPI for printing. Higher resolutions make larger files.
JPG or PNG?
JPG files are smaller and good for pages with photos. PNG files are larger but keep text and lines perfectly sharp.
Are my files uploaded?
No. Your browser opens and processes the files on your device. They are not uploaded to our server.
Does it work with password-protected PDFs?
Yes, if you know the password. The tool asks for it, uses it only in your browser, and the new file is saved without a password.
