Questions and answers
Is this a legally binding signature?
The tool adds a picture of your signature, much like signing a printout and scanning it. Whether that is enough depends on the document and the rules where you live. It is not a certified digital signature with a certificate.
Is my signature stored anywhere?
No. It stays in the memory of this browser tab so you can place it several times, and it is gone when you close or reload the page.
Can I sign on my phone?
Yes. Draw your signature with your finger, or type your name and pick it as your signature.
Is my PDF uploaded?
No. The PDF is opened, edited and saved by your browser on your device. It is not uploaded to our server.
Does it work offline?
Yes, after you have used it once: your browser keeps a copy of the tool, so it also works without an internet connection. Your files are never part of that copy.
